DSC holds regular sail training courses for its members. We are located at one of the prime sailing areas in China with favourable wind and protected from swells. Tuition is in small groups with high student-to-instructor ration to ensure that the student gains maximum practical experience under various conditions. Courses normally held over consecutive weekends and accommodation can be arranged by the Centre.

   Elegibility: Courses are open to person over 18, who are of normal health and physique.
　 Types of Course:
   A、Introductory Course – a 2-day short course to let you
      have a first taste of what sailing is like. Emphasis is
      on activity and theory is kept to a minimum. Stable
      mono-hull dinghies are used. Fees-999Yuan/person.
　 B、Beginner's Course – a comprehensive 4-day course covering the basic
      techniques and theories of sailing. The aim is to enable the student to be
      able to sail a boat competently at the end of the course. Fees: 4,000
      Yuan/person
　 C、Intermediate Course – A 3-day course that teaches more advanced sailing
      skills and deal with technical aspects of boat tuning, racing, navigation and
      safety. Fees-3,000 Yuan/person.
   D、One-on-one Training by senior instructor – tailor-made courses for the
      individual. Fees- 700 Yuan/hour, minimum 3 hours per session.
